        Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
        website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
        be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
        fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
        prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
        to process a refund.

        2. Shipping Costs

        Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
        destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
        with the purchase.
        This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

        3. Returns

        3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

        Tharshana will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

        Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
        arrange their own shipping. (Tharshana) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

        4. Delivery Terms

        4.1 Transit Time Domestically

        In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 10-15 working days.

        We kindly ask that you bear with us as the ongoing economic crisis is causing unexpected delays due to our Delivery Partner having to face great challenges in order to secure fuel. 

        4.2 Transit time Internationally

        In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 - 5 weeks.

        4.3 Dispatch Time

        Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
        instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

        4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

        For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
        any time before the order has been dispatched.

        4.5 Items Out Of Stock

        If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before
        dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we
        await this item.

        4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

        If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
        can conduct an investigation an expedite the delivery.

        5. Tracking Notifications

        Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
        able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
        available by the shipping provider.

        6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

        If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
        parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
        parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
        service with next steps.

        What is a Pre-Order?

        A 'pre-order' item is an item where you have the opportunity to purchase in preview from either a new collection or a limited/sold-out edition.

        It refers to products that are still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.

        Once you run checkout, it is important to verify whether the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times will usually vary for pre-order products.

        What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

        The primary advantage of purchasing an item in pre-order, is that you can guarantee the availability of the product you desire (in the size that you want) without risking the chance that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse.

        That said, requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.

        How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

        Waiting times vary from product to product. On average, the estimated waiting time (which includes product and delivery time) is of 4 - 5 weeks (or 25 working days) from the date of purchase of the pre-order item. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within one - two days.

        Please bear in mind, if you placed an order containing multiple products where one of the products is a pre order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

        That said, do feel free to reach out to us in this circumstance and we can see what we can do to expedite your order / deliver available items first.

        Can there be delays?

        The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

        In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

        Can I combine available and pre-order items?

        Absolutely yes! You can:

        - Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping times policy.

        - Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.

        Can I cancel a pre-order item?

        Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be only canceled within twenty four (24) hours from the time of purchase. We do not allow cancellation after the 24 hour cut off. 

        If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team.

        Can I amend my order?

        We allow amendments to a pre-ordered product for up to a period of 2-3 working days from the time of purchase. This includes change of products, change of size or number of products.
